Amsterdam, XX July 2023 - After a successful debut in 2022, MET AMS announces a new edition. From November 1st to 3rd, 2023, the Westergas site in Amsterdam will be transformed into the most inspiring place in the field of AI, AR, VR, XR, 3D, and Web3. This year's focus is on technology, culture, and creativity for the festival where emerging tech and creative minds meet.
This year, MET AMS focuses on the synergy between technology, culture, and creativity. With topics such as AI, AR, VR, 3D, and Web3 the festival presents a varied program that underlines the connection between these domains. Peter Meere, co-founder of MET AMS, says, "With the second edition of MET AMS, we delve deeper into how technology positively influences creativity, and we show through leading artists and brands how they make an impact in various industries. This year, technologies such as Augmented Reality and AI are added to the program. During MET AMS, renowned industry speakers take the stage to share their expertise and talk about how they use the latest technologies to stimulate creativity. Among them are AI voice artist Harry Yeff, an internationally renowned AI artist who uses AI to explore the boundaries of his own voice; 3D Digital Fashion Artist Stephy Fung, who explores the boundaries of digital fashion; and Ingi Erlingsson, the founder of Golden Wolf, an Emmy-nominated animation studio recently acquired by Doodles. With 20 years of experience, Ingi has been exploring how AI can help storytelling and improve the ways we bring stories to life.
